1"/Foot Original RR (6)
We first had a 1" railroad made up of Francis Moseley's equipment and then Ron's that he got from Joe Devlin's Iron Pony and Decho models. We built a loop around Peter's house that included a 50' scale trestle. -
The Consolidation Project (13)
In 1995 Bill Boller and Stan Marshal enticed us to join them in a project to make 4 consolidation locomotives originally based on and Denver and South Park Cooke built 2-8-0. We changed the project so that we would be building 3 D&RGW Baldwin C-16's while Stan modeled the D&SP Cooke #45. In took 8 years to get 268 Durango Switch under steam and 278 followed close behind. It took Bill and little longer to complete 268 Bumble Bee and Stan didn't live to finish his #45. However Ray Bjerrum has done a wonderful job of completing #45. -

Richard Ulin Built Locomotives (5)
Ron bought a West Side Shay #15 and a Denver and Rio Grande Western K-27 #464 from Richard Ulin. Bill Boller now owns the shay. -
Roll Models Locomotives (4)
Ron initially bought an RMI steeple cab battery powered locomotive but was not satisfied with the scale or detailing so he commissioned Roll Models to make an accurate battery driven model of the D&RGW #50 switcher. This has become a good product for them. He also commissioned one of the X1 gasoline powered models done up in Flintridge and Portola Valley Livery. -
The Richard Ulin Designed Contraption (5)
John Dolph purchased the kit of castings and drawings from Richard Ulin for his Contraption and he and Peter built the engine over a 7 period year while also working on other projects. -
Goose 6 (4)
Built by Jack Sessums this battery powered unit adds a nice touch to the railroad. It is somewhat fragile and needs a rebuild.
